1/2 Day Workshop – Stained Glass Tulips (choose for 1 or 2 People) 🌷✨

Create your own stained glass tulips in this 1/2 Day Workshop , guided by Bev and John Chappell. You’ll learn to cut, grind, foil, solder, and finish three vibrant tulips, beautifully displayed in an Oak or Sapele wooden stand (25 cm high by 12 cm wide). Designed for 1 or 2 people, this private and hands-on stained glass workshop ensures plenty of personal guidance, making it perfect for beginners or those looking to enhance their skills.

Market Deeping, Stamford , Peterborough , and Spalding , these stained glass workshops and classes are a relaxing and creative way to celebrate spring.

Workshop Details : The course lasts between 3 and 4 hours , giving you plenty of time to craft your tulips with care. All materials are provided. All participants will be expected to follow safety practices and wear protective equipment/clothing as indicated by the tutor. Due to the lead content of the solder used, this course is not suitable if you are pregnant or breast feeding. Please be aware that due to the nature of working with glass, it is of course possible that minor finger cuts and grazes can happen. Please do not wear open toe shoes. Wear comfortable casual clothing. For the courses including wood working, note that this element will take place in an unheated workshop and advise you are appropriately dressed for warmth.

Once purchased, courses are non-refundable. Courses to be completed within 18 months of purchase. Once a date is arranged, this can be changed by the participant in writing, up to 48 hours prior without any additional charge. If in the unavoidable event that the tutors have to cancel, the participant will be offered a new convenient date. If a suitable date cannot be attained the tutors will offer a refund. These workshops are suitable for accompanied children of 13 and over who will follow the tutors’ instructions and are supervised appropriately by their accompanying adult.
